And we always do cardinals in lilacs in a spring class! It was J who wanted me to do a painting of a cardinal in the lilacs to go with a poem, a haiku, he was writing for her. So that is how and why we always do that combination!

Bw photography digital is not the same as bw film. The digital is translating whereas the film just sees everything differently. Well, maybe the digital is programmed to translate color as bw film would see it!
